ECOWATER · LEGAL INFORMATION
Cookie and advertising policy
Browser technologies and control over your preferences.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Draft for review. The scope of applicable law remains to be confirmed.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are files a website may store in your browser. Local storage, pixels and tags can also store or access device information. They may remember choices, measure use or support advertising. This policy covers these technologies even when they are not called cookies. The ECOWATER website is operated by Disponemos services LLC.
2. What this version uses
This version uses first-party local storage to remember privacy preferences. It does not install Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags or other external analytics or advertising tools. Interaction events are sent to an analytics integration only when that category has been authorized; no external integration is currently configured. External contact channels and email notifications involve third-party services described in the data policy, which does not mean ECOWATER has installed advertising cookies.
3. Necessary technologies
These are technologies essential to provide a function you request or protect the service. The local record ecowater_privacy_v1 remembers your acceptance, rejection or category settings and the choice date. It does not contain form fields. This site provides it and treats it as valid for 180 days, then requests a new choice. The browser may physically retain the entry until the website is reopened or you delete it.
4. Optional analytics
If you authorize analytics, a future integration may measure navigation, visits and selector use to improve the experience. Before a provider is activated, its identity, purposes, technologies and duration must be disclosed. The option stays off until you choose it. Rejecting it does not prevent website use.
5. Optional marketing and advertising
If you authorize this category and a disclosed provider is introduced, its tags may measure campaigns, attribute conversions or show interest-based advertising, including through browser identifiers and cross-site activity where specifically disclosed. Data may include pages viewed, clicks, technical information and identifiers; form content must not be automatically included. No advertising providers or cookies are currently active. This choice does not subscribe your email or authorize promotional messages: that permission is separate.
6. Accept, reject or customize
The notice lets you accept all optional categories, reject them or choose analytics and advertising separately. Options start off. Browsing, scrolling, closing a window or continuing to use the site does not count as acceptance. Open the panel through “Cookie preferences” in the footer or the button in this policy. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
7. Withdrawal and privacy signals
You may withdraw or change your choice at any time. Withdrawal prevents new optional events from this website but does not erase data previously sent lawfully to third parties. If a provider is introduced, its disabling and deletion mechanisms must be implemented where appropriate. You may delete cookies or storage in your browser; this may also erase your choice. When Global Privacy Control (GPC) is detected, the advertising category is disabled and cannot be enabled while that signal remains active. The website does not separately interpret the older Do Not Track (DNT) signal; the panel and GPC determine these preferences.
8. Providers, transfers and updates
Before optional tools are installed, the inventory must be updated with provider, purpose, name or identifier, duration and technology type, and a new choice requested if the scope materially changes. This text is not permission for any future provider. See the Personal data policy for rights, recipients and transfers. Contact: info@ecowaterfilters.io · +1 239 326 7887.
